If food choices, energy, or daily habits are your main focus, nutrition coaching may be the best place to start. If you want hands-on support with strength, technique, or a consistent workout routine, choose personal training. Private yoga is ideal for individualized movement, mobility, body awareness, and stress support. If you are unsure, we can talk it through during your free consultation.

Yes. Your plan begins with your current experience, capacity, schedule, and goals. You do not need to be fit, flexible, or “good at nutrition” before starting.
-
We will discuss your goals, health history, current challenges, and the type of support you are looking for. I will explain how coaching works and answer your questions. If we are a good fit, I will recommend a clear next step. There is no obligation to enroll.

Nutrition coaching is online. Personal training and yoga are available virtually, with in-home sessions offered in the greater New York City area. In-home availability and any travel fee are confirmed before booking.
-
For virtual personal training, you will need access to basic weights or gym equipment appropriate for your plan. For virtual yoga, you will need a mat and clear space to move safely; blocks, a strap, and a blanket may also be helpful. We will confirm the details before your first session.

No. Nutrition coaching provides education, habit support, and general wellness guidance. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions and is not a substitute for care from a physician or registered dietitian. When a need falls outside my scope, I will recommend appropriate clinical support.

Progress depends on your goals, starting point, consistency, health history, and other factors. The focus is on sustainable behaviors and measurable progress rather than guaranteed timelines or quick fixes.

Life happens, I just ask for enough notice so your spot can go to someone else.
In-person training and yoga sessions: please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, are charged in full.
Virtual training and yoga sessions: at least 12 hours notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
Nutrition coaching check-in: at least 12 hours notice. A check-in cancelled late or missed is forfeited for that week and can't be rolled over.
To cancel or reschedule, please reach out directly to me. True emergencies are always handled with common sense and compassion.
Running late? Your session will still end at the scheduled time so the next client isn't affected.
